COMMBUYS (OSD)
The COMMBUYS Massachusetts Statewide Contract enables municipalities, agencies, schools and agencies to purchase SSI SCHAEFER waste carts, recycling carts and bins directly through the purchasing program.

Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) purchasing program is known as HGABuy. The program provides contracts for all local governments and certain non-profits access to competitive bid pricing. The Interlocal Contract (ILC) is the required legal document that establishes a link between end-user local governments /non-profits and HGACBuy, and gives the end-user access to HGACBuy contracts.

North Carolina Sheriff’s Association (NCSA) Heavy Equipment Purchasing Program
The NCSA Heavy Equipment Purchasing Program is available to any and all units of local government and political subdivisions inside and outside the state of North Carolina. All customers are bound by their individual governing purchasing ordinances, rules, and regulations.
Members are not required to register with NCSA, but are encouraged to review the details of the program.

Virginia Sheriff’s Association.
The Virginia Sheriffs’ Association (VSA) Heavy Equipment Procurement Program provides competitively bid contracts that are available for use by all public bodies, both within Virginia and nationwide. Through this program, public agencies can purchase a wide range of heavy equipment, including waste carts, refuse truck bodies and chassis, dump bodies, forklifts, lawn mowers, and much more.
